Update 2nd September:
At the start of July there was a very large surge in demand for all delivery services, and most courier companies across the UK are advising longer delivery times. It may take a few days extra for our couriers to get in touch to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
We have been following all government guidelines:
- We no longer allow public access to our premises/showroom. Our workshop is still open, though our office has reduced staff to keep things safe - it might take us a bit longer to reply to emails or respond to phone calls than usual. We have also taken steps so that we can meet our production/delivery targets as well as possible.
- We have enough stock levels to last us for a while, and we source locally for our components, so materials for our standard items isn't an issue.
- All of our delivery providers are running (while taking reasonable precautions), though they might be a bit slower than usual (i.e. a few days), and we are focusing on completing current orders as quickly as possible. If our delivery situation changes we shall let those customers awaiting an order know.
- Ultimately - we will follow all guidelines issued by the government. We are financially sound, and taking appropriate measures so that we can safely keep our commitments to our customers.
If you have any questions please contact us - while it may take a bit longer than usual to respond (due to reduced admin staff), we will get back to you.
